WHY THIS STARTING PLAN WORKS

Clear enough to follow. Flexible enough to use.

01

One pair is enough

Make a useful plan from the equipment and time that are actually available.

02

A balanced session

Exercise order covers the important work before optional accessories.

03

Built to fit the clock

Change the session without starting over or guessing at sets and rest.

BEFORE YOU START

Train with control, not urgency.

  1. 01

Choose loads that leave roughly two good repetitions in reserve.

  2. 02

Move briskly between exercises, but take the listed rest before repeating a hard set.

  3. 03

If twenty minutes is tight, complete two quality sets per movement rather than rushing three.

USEFUL ANSWERS

Questions before your first set.

Is this dumbbell workout suitable for beginners?

It can be. Start with conservative resistance, use a comfortable range of motion, and stop before technique breaks down. A pair of dumbbells and a small amount of clear space are enough for most of the plan. If no bench is available, use a floor press or push-up in place of the bench press.

How hard should each set feel?

Choose a version or resistance that leaves about two controlled repetitions in reserve. The final repetitions should feel challenging without changing the movement.

Can I change the exercises?

Yes. Use the equipment and muscle controls above for a new starting point. Movenue members can also use approved substitutions inside guided workouts.
